What is the warranty on the Helix® Lateral Trainer?
The warranty varies by model. The Helix® 3000 Club version has a 3 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. The H901 light commercial has is 2 years parts warranty.

What kind of Batteries does the Commercial Helix HLT3000 require?
The Commercial Helix HLT3000 requires 4 - AA Nickel-metal hydride cell, often abbreviated NiMH. After installing new batteries, we recommend you use the Helix® for 30 minutes to give those new batteries a full charge.
How do I change from Metric to Standard ( English) or from Standard to Metric on the HLT3000
To change the computer on the Helix HLT3000 from either Metric to Standard(English) or Standard(English) to Metric, please follow the instructions below carefully.
Before starting, step on a pedal to turn on the computer.
- Hit “Quick Start”
- Power up the machine to get the counter to start
- Hit “CLEAR” ( goes into cool down mode)
- Hit “CLEAR” ( goes into results mode)
- Last Step hit “CLEAR” to reset the machine and immediately then hit “Quick Start” and “ENTER” to go into ENGINEERING mode. Then scroll down to toggle either Metric or English.
