Helix Joins Herschel Walker’s Legendary Workout
To football fans, Herschel Walker is a true icon. In college (Georgia) he was named the Best Running Back (Fox) & 3rd Greatest Player (ESPN) of all time. Named to the Sports Illustrated’s All- Century Team, he won the Heisman & was named to the NCAA’s Hall of Fame. As a professional, Walker played in both the USFL (3 yrs) and NFL (12 yrs) where he remains among the all-time leaders in total yards & is the only player to surpass 4,000 yards in Rushing, Receiving, and Kick Off Returns.
